Need some info on what to do on my car to improve performance and increase hp. Dinan 2 grand gives about 30-40 hp. Schocher up to 40 hp, jb4, Cobb ??????????????? I do like the AFE stage 2 air intake and the Corsa cat back. But need something on the page like the Dinan to increase performance. JB4 said up to 80 hp. Need some suggestions.[IMG][/IMG]

I've got a suggestion:
Also, maybe be a little more coherent next time. Lastly, the catback and intake will not provide much gains. Try and tune and downpipe. |

As sidewinder said, there is a wealth of knowledge on this forum if you search. That said here is how I see it:
Dinan: Not a lot of HP/dollar but you get a warranty and a fancy badge for your trunk lid. COBB: Ease of install, decent gains for the dollar. Gains seen best when you start to going for the heavy stuff (FOB, Meth, etc.) with custom tuning. You also get a display to mount on your dash that does all sorts of fun stuff if you care to use it. JB4: Best bang-for-the-buck, both HP and features. Requires a moderate difficulty install if you are not mechanical. You were coherent enough for me.

In this order, JB4+flex wires, use E85 fuel, charge pipe, catless downpipe, intercooler, intake, exhaust. These are the basics that are not very expensive which will give you a good amount of power.
