Traffic School for minor car accident?

is it possible for me to take traffic school to remove a point i recieved from a minor accident?

is that right? im gonna go apply in 2 months then because im still in the 18 month period from the last time i went to traffic school, but thats great news!! thanks stooken.

i dont u could go to traffice school for accidents. only for traffic violations

oh you didnt mention anything about still being in the 18 month probation period.

i dont know then. up to the judge. most likely a no.

depending on how "minor" the accident is, you don't even have to report it to the DMV. Thus, you won't be adding on a point. I forget what the cut off for the dollar amount was. sorry.
