Alignment issues?

So I recently installed new KW coilovers, got the car aligned and it was pulling slightly to the left. Was told the thrust arm bushings were bad so I upgraded to the m3 tension rods and have had the car aligned 3x in total since installing the suspension.

The alignment is great and within spec, BUT I still feel like the car pulls to the left. Any ideas as to what it could be?

Should I be inside the car when it is aligned? I'm a big guy so I wonder if my 250lb fatass actually has anything to do with the car not driving straight. The car handles fine, turns in well and honestly feels great turning. I don't know if I am being sensitive. Tire pressures are all good, but one of the rear tires is ever so slightly more worn than the other. Could that be the culprit?

check front tire pressures.

saw a post on here about shifting the front sway bar bushings ever so slightly to correct pulling after an in-spec alignment. just a few bolts.

by the way, did you see your alignment specs? was it done right?

Will recheck tire pressures tonight. Alignment is definitely on point. I have the printout. Will have to take a look at the swaybar thing you mentioned. Perhaps that is the culprit.

I just can't help but feel it has to be suspension (coilover) related somehow. Pre kw coils, the car drove 10000000% perfect and after the install 2 alignments, m3 tension rods and another alignment it still doesn't feel as good. Weird.

Interesting. Thanks. Will have to check this out next week. Hope that solves it. I feel like i almost constantly have to keep my wheel pushed to the right and it is quite annoying. If that fixes it, I'll be ecstatic!

BMW sets the front driver's side a bit higher to compensate for driver's weight. Maybe raise your driver's side front a bit?

Also was it a brand new set? Have you let it settle yet?

Can try that as well, but don't want to start adjusting things that will knock the alignment out of wack. Yup was a brand new set of coils from **********s and brand new oem m3 tension rods. theyve got maybe 200-300 miles on them at this point
