Catless with PE
Anyone in gta have a 335 with performance exhaust and catless dps? I wanna hear it. Been hearing mixed reviews about how catless dps make the pe sound.

Sounds cool cruising around low rpm's and is very loud when you start it. It pops and gurgles a lot, sometimes even too much... I even let out some pops here and there that sound like a shotgun.
At high rpm it sounds like a piece of shit and you will be embarrassed of your vehicle. When the car is fullly warm on a hot summer day the rasp is tamed down quite a bit though. Resonators are the solution.

Do you have both the Catless DP's and PE? If so, would love to meet up sometime just to hear both in person. Would resonators help moreso in the higher rpm ranges or just cutting rasp in general? Any particular brands you recommend? I've been contemplating adding AR Catless DP's with my PE as well, but keep reading how it ruins the sound of the PE, so held off on it.

I think the PE is never a mistake regardless of the situation.
If you're worried when you put the DP's on (for power) then get some resonators. I would t go hi-flow catted - waste of $$ IMO. Might as well stay stock catts if this is the case. |
