My fluid change was barely perceptible with 62k miles on it. At your mileage fluid breakdown is a real thing.

Good to hear your experience and we all benefit from the feedback!

just reporting back here, a few hundred miles later, and few very hot/humid days, transmission is doing well, shifts are still much smoother than before the oil change, again really happy, higher millage guys don't hesitate on doing this unless you have known issues with transmission...

I changed my fluid and filter at 99k miles. Used what BavAuto recommended. It was basically ZF Transmission stuff. Car drives fine.

Did mine at 104k and used LiquiMoly Top Tec 1200 Full Synthetic Dextron 6 (with all the correct approvals and certifications) and my gearbox is smooth as silk in D, Sport and manually.

One note is that my front diff was down about 0.5L and my rear diff was down about 0.3L. I replaced those with LiquiMoly 75w140 Full Synthetic Hypoid Gear Oil.

If you're doing the transmission, you should check the diffs.
