2007 BMW 328i engine noise at idle

I just bought a 2007 BMW 328i with 72k miles on it. Its under CPO. I just read this post (http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=613808), I am having a similar problem when the engine is idle and there is noise coming and the vehicle vibrating, when i press on the gas the sound goes away. Could this be anyway also related to the following HVA problem related to BMW's prior to 2008 (http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...postcount=1057)..

im having that same issue. turn up your speakers let me know if this is what you hear. i have it on youtube. let me know if you fixed the problem and what it was. thanks.
