stock throttle body clamp doesnt hold well. possible boost leak?

when i changed my stock BOV/pipe i noticed the stock clip in clamp doesnt really hold the stock intercooler pipe very snug on the throttle body. to me it seems like this could be somewhat of a boost leak ?(i can grab the pipe with my hand and move it back and fourth with the clamp in place)

my boost guage kind of fluctuates a psi or so like the turbo's are trying to keep up with the leak. just curious if anyone else has tested this for boost leaks? kind of surprising that they wouldnt just use a normal clamp to hold it securely in place.
