Can you run 245's on a 7.5 and 265's on a 8.5" rim?

They are 245/40/18 and 265/35/18

Stock is 215/40/18 and 245/35/18

if you are asking in general, yes. i've run a 275 on a 7.5" rim before and a 285 on an 8"

it can be done, but it's not ideal.

I am only concerned with performance, nothing else as they are track wheels.

Will it be ok?

Definitely not a ideal size to use, but it can be done.

245/40 is recommended rim width of 8-9.5".

265/35 is recommended rim width of 9-10.5".
