My E92 330d was remapped by Evolve last July, been very happy ever since.

Car recently went into BMW for a warranty item (fan) and ever since hasn't felt the same;

- poor throttle response
- felt like a proper diesel - rough
- traction control light hardly coming on lol
- just felt poorly

I was 50/50 as to whether me mainly driving the Cayman was to blame, or if the remap had been removed.

So took it to Evolve Friday for them to check - they did their techie bits and I took it for a quick blast - within 10 seconds I knew the beast was back.

My wife doesn't know it has been remapped and she drives it most of the time - even she commented on how poor it felt, she was going to moan to BMW.

So for anyone that is considering a remap, just do it

i had the same as they fitted a part last year i think they just reprogramme the ecu so it knows the part and just overwrites it,
