It's definitely a show piece, however you can set it to white for everyday use.

In for more info. Are the rings custom or purchased online?

what's the largest diameter these rings come in? Also, do you have pics of the color selector [device]?

I think these could use more LED and smaller.. these are super bright but they have very noticeable gaps between light sources.

Sorry, but that screams ricer/F&F to me.

It looks like the white is not a pure white either. It's combining the output of the red/blue/green LEDs to make white light.

They can be set to fade from color to color, or random flash. They can also be set to a specific color and left there with no change.

I believe that is due to the spectrum effect the lens cover is having on the white light.

Combining those colors above would not give you white, nor would combining all the colors in the visible spectrum. You would actually get black.

Combining different colored light would indeed give you white light (specifically, red, blue and green). It's called additive color mixing.

You're thinking of subtractive color mixing, which occurs when combining dyes, paints, filters, etc.

To help answer some of your questions,

- The Spectrum series will have the ability to create a white shade
- This kit will also be available for all E9X versions
- Yes you can create a color similar to our discontinued LS3 v2's

We're still finalizing it, but we'll post future updates as the process progresses. Thanks!

If I made the drive down there coming from NorCal, could it be done in a day? Mine are OEM Valeo but I'd like to make the orange markers silver like the OEM euro versions.
