Interfere with Traffic
Today I was at Kennedy and Denison today waiting for left turn at the traffic light I was second car for the left turn. When I was out the light was green and the front car stop at the middle and the light turn red. Long story short an unmarked car pull me over said I was blocking traffic I told him the car in front of me stop i can't do anything .
So cop issued me 2 tickets 1 is "Fail to have insurance card" expired March I forget to get the new card in my wallet. Another ticket "Interfere with traffic" he told me to go to court show them my latest insurance card the charge will drop and I think I either pay for the second ticket or fight for it? Question do you know if "interfere with traffic" cost demerit points? Thanks! |

No points on both of them. Take it to court, show them your insurance card and they will drop both charges. You will have to take a day off of work and go to hightech court in Richmond Hill but its life.
That`ll be $400 for the legal advice Any other questions just Pm me :-) Brad |

I know its bullshit for the interfere with traffic ticket but according to to traffic laws you are suppose to be behind the line when someone is in front of you waiting to make a left turn. Everyone doesnt abide by this and most cops dont care but theres always a cop who wants to be a Dbag and give you a ticket.
