Hey guys, for those that didn't know, during the weekend of August 16-17th , BMW of North Houston is sponsoring a Fun filled event for that weekend!

"Welcome to Hot Summer Nights 5

Our Fifth Annual event This year 2 big days!!

Saturday & Sunday, August 16th & 17th

at BMW of Houston North.

Last year's event was a great success with over 200 participants, and anticipate closer to 300 participants this year.

It's going to be 2 fun-filled nights of food, raffles to win some great prizes, games, live music, and of course cars, cars and more cars and this year a cruise on Saturday!

This event is a collaboration by BMW of Houston-North, BMW and MINI of the Woodlands, Houston chapter of the BMW Car Club of America, BavarianSPEED, Houston MINI Motoring Society (HMMS).

Please register now, RSVP is mandatory, you don't want to miss this event!

* Pre-Registration costs $15 per car,
* $20 at the Gate and will include entry into the car show,
* Each Entry will received: one Hot Summer Nights T-Shirt, one meal ticket and one raffle ticket.
* Additional Shirt may be purchase online or On-site.

3-5 pm- Roll In/Registration
6 pm - Food served

8:30 pm- Turn in Ballots/Raffle ticket drawing

9:30 pm- Trophies/Raffle ticket drawing

10:00 pm- Show ends

The Hot Summer Nights 5 People's Choice Car Show will feature BMWs, MINI Coopers, motorcycles, domestic cars and classic cars competing for the following prizes:

· Best BMW (1,2,3 positions)

· Best MINI (1,2,3)

· Best Euro Classic – pre 1980 (1,2,3)

· Best Bike (1)

· Best Exotic (1) - Lambo, Ferrari, Porsche, etc

· Best Domestic (1)

· Best of Show (1)

10:00 pm- Trophy Ceremony

*Food will be served from 6pm-9pm*
Don't forget to RSVP!

If for any reason the event has to be postponed, our rain date is TBA."

thanks for posting this up DP,

Info for the cruise:
-meet at BMW of Houston North @ 9:00 AM on Sat. 8/16
-have enough gas for a 250 mile cruise
-bring lunch (there are no places to stop for food on this cruise)
-we'll stop at one of the state parks on Lake Summerville for lunch
-plan on getting back to BMW HN around 4:00 PM

Lol, that is a good way to look at it, but I'm too tire to gt the car clean and wax and all that stuff to prepare for it. Since I'm in dallas it will be already a pain just to get down there.

^lol well this isn't an event where there are only a handful of people.......they were over 50+ cars there last time

and who said you have to be modded?? Just come and have fun!
