Audi A5 pix ...waddathink?
Audi A5 pix
certainly more aggressive than the E92 shape If it drives and rides well (unlikely) I could easily see a 3.0Tdi appearing on my drive... waddathink?

Judging by the amount of audi a5 threads that have appeared today I think this has caught quite a bit of interest.
It looks very nice indeed - my next car could be an audi |

The back end looks at bit heavy to me. I don't think I'll be running out to buy one yet.

Like the interior and front end, but not sure about the back...and the side profile reminds me of something. Oh yes, the old mk1 Hyundai Coupe! Slight jelly-mould shape to it.

I don't get the Hyundai comparison at all. I couldn't resist posting this photo of the hyundai though The A5 has a lot of audi tt, but the side profile reminds me of the Jaguar xk more than anything else. It does have shades of the e92, but I think it manages to look more expensive than the BMW. I can't quite get used to the way the bottom of the door curves up on the e92 and on the audi, that detail is a nice straight line. |

I see things in weird ways!
It's the curves on the side of the Audi that reminded me... Like your pic better though

dude... heres some pics from the main forum:
i think yeah aesthetically its nice, but the figures can't even touch the 335s - you'd be looking at the much more expensive s5 or even more expensive rs5 versions to compete... might give the 325s a bit of trouble tho... however, looking at those pics, they have targetted the 3 series for direct competition me thinks, despite being a bit bigger, audi have been copying - no points for being original there... |

The audi looks so much more muscular and sporting though. Personally I still see shades of the jag xk in there ... When you look at the side by side shots with the e93 you can see the difference around the bottom of the doors. On the BMW I really don't like the step in the cill (yes I know the jag has this too, but it looks better!). |

The Audi's really starting to grow on me too. Have to see one in the metal to be sure thougha and I do think that the BMW looks better in reality then it does in pics.
I shall definitely be seeking a test drive in the Audi, but it's got a lot to live up to. (Love the Jag in needforspeed's post...but a shade expensive perhaps).
