lock and unlock stoped working, need help

I wanted to know if this happend with anyeone yet. I have a 2006 330xi and today when i got out of the car and used the keyless lock to lock i heard crackling sound and then it did not lock. then i got into the car and tried the lock and unlock button there and that too didn't work to unlock or lock the car. I think only the driver side door locks but does not unlock and everyother door does not lock or unlock either by the key or sitting inside the car. Please help

fuses are located behind the glove box. open the glove box and remove the back panel. i found my fuse 57 was blown i replaced it and it works again.

Just had this done by the dealer $600.00 out the door for the repair.

Call BMW and complain about being locked inside the car.

File a safety report at NHTSA. I am willing to bet that replacing the fuse did not work, if it did it was only temporary.

Edit: I was told by the Car Club maintenance tech that a DIY was not possible because the central locking computer must be programed to recognize the new lock actuator.
