Up for sale is my JPWorkz single turbo kit. I used it for about 2000 miles before changing to a DOC Race kit. I switched because I wanted to go to a ball bearing turbo primarily, and I wanted to powder coat a new manifold to match my engine color scheme.

Most of the items to do the install are included:
  • N54 T4 Twin scroll stainless steel manifold (uncoated stainless)
  • Precision Turbo 6266 Journal Bearing
  • 2 Tial MV-S 38mm wastegates with white/green springs installed. ~15PSI on wastegates. Comes with all springs, and water/unused air ports blocked. One wastegate was shaved down to allow more clearance to chargepipe.
  • 1 3" V-band downpipe with v-band (uncoated stainless). You will need to have and adapter welded up to mate this to your exhaust.
  • 2 open dump tubes for MV-S wastegates. These were cut short so I could recirc them, but work fine as is. If you want new ones, JP sells them on his site for $100.
  • 1 2.5" turbo to intercooler pipe
  • 1 turbo blanket
  • 1 modified coolant pipe
  • 2 silicone hose couplers (2.5”)
  • 2 coolant drain plugs
  • 1 oil feed adapter to 1/8” NPT
  • 1 oil drain plug
  • 4 2.5” tbolt clamps for turbo to chargepipe
  • 1 3” vband clamp for downpipe
  • 1 braided stainless turbo drain line
  • 1 unused twin scroll turbo gasket
  • 2 brass heater hose couplers
  • Modified DOC Race valve cover heat shield (not necessary, but good insurance for your valve cover)

There are some items you will need to purchase to complete the install, which either did not come with the kit or are simply not included:
You will also need to relocate your coolant tank. I did not include the needed parts for this as there are many ways to do it (but it is necessary). Additionally, you will need to relocate your washer fluid fill tube. There are numerous ways to do this as well.

I strongly recommend that you have this manifold and downtube cleaned and ceramic coated before installing. I wrapped it in heat tape, and it was a pain in the ass. As well as looking like crap, it is itchy and tears easily. Save yourself the headache, pay a few hundred dollars (you saved $750 on this kit already by buying it used!) and get it ceramic coated.

If you have any questions or I forgot to include anything, please ask away!

Good to know, thanks! I guess you're only saving $500 then.

Damn. This is a good price. I'm in the market for a ST kit but not exactly ready to pull the trigger just yet. Free BUMP.
