Sunday works for me, gives me an excuse to wash my car for the 1st time...Z you installed the modified CDV yet?
I would be interested in the AutoX but my tires suck in this cold weather. I'll def try one maybe in May or June.

I thought that might be your answer
Do I have to be a member of BMWCCA? Are guest passes allowed or anything like that? Can I just drop by and check it out and if I want to run pay someone $50? Is there a tech inspection or clothing requirements like at the strip? Sorry for being such a newb. I assume there is a thread/forum on bmwcca.com that answers all of this?

You have to register in advance as they fill up really quick. The one for 4/26 just opened up today and there are almost 50 people signed up already. Usually it is maxed at 100 cars. It is not as competitive like everyone thinks unless you want it to be. There are people that are fast and then people that are plain old slow and still have the time of their lives. If you are interested, feel free to pm me or go to the http://www.boston-bmwcca.org website and check it out. Go once and you'll want more, I promise. |

Depends on how confident in your driving skills you are. If you're not sure just jump in and you'll find out soon enough if you should attend the driving school.

Hey when do you guys usually get your cars detailed(if at all).
My plan is once in the spring to get off the crap from the winter and once in the fall to protect it for the winter. I can wash it myself the rest of the time. Is it too early?

I've heard good things from Driven Perfection, and I know the detailer there personally. I am very paranoid about anyone taking a buffer to my paint though. |

Got tuned on Saturday at BrenTuning. Made 379whp and 409wtq. Also got the Alpina flash done which in itself makes it drive so much better. The graph shows the gains over the cobb stage 2 map.

I get you two confused.
Awesome pick up from the ots map. What do you target for boost at 4k? |

So it took 8 days for Sudbury to fix this bizarre noise I was having in my passenger seat, but I think they fixed it once and for all. Z - thanks for pointing me to Kevin, he's a good guy. Imagine this noise happening every time you were cruising between 1500-2000 rpm with no passenger in the seat. Starts at :16 and picks up steam about :22 in.
Way louder and more annoying in person. Not sure what they did but after 24 hours it's still gone. Wanted to wash, but supposed to rain tomorrow. Had two different loaners, both F30 328 xdrive. One sport one non. There is not one thing about that interior or body style that would make me get rid of my car and move into a new model. I got back into my car and was so happy. |

I completely agree about the F30 interior. Wasn't a fan, even though the M-Sport 328 was fully equipped. Anyone going to the Cars & Coffee tomorrow @ Sudbury? I'll be there for a bit. https://www.facebook.com/HerbChambersCarsandCoffee |
