changed steering wheel, now airbag light and seatbelt light?

i followed the directions from the Msport Steering Wheel DIY (http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11825)

i disconnected battery, changed my steering wheel from sport to m-sport perforated and switched over the airbag from the sport to the m-sport.

when i reconnected the battery and turned on the car, i had to reset my windows (roll completely down, then roll completely up) and i now have the airbag light and the seatbelt light on the dash. i thought it was the airbag harness, so i even disassembled the wheel again and took the harness from the sport wheel and swapped it to the m-sport wheel, but with no luck. any ideas on whats going on and how to fix it? i have a jb4 with usb if that helps to reset anything

and i have no idea where this plug is supposed to be connected to, it was disconnected when i found it

Unfortunately, the airbag warning light won't disappear by itself after you re-connect the airbag correctly. However, most local workshop should be able to clear the error for you, shouldn't cost you more than $100, and that's for Sydney Australia everything's more expensive here expect fruits.
