So I've been trying to teach my wife who to drive a manual and I need a good location for her to practice. Any advice on locations? We've been kicked out of a couple of parking lots already and she gets nervous around the neighborhoods. Would be great if it was a place that can practice starts and stops and getting up to 3rd.

maybe an industrial area after 5 pm or weekends
