M-Technic Kit explained

I've been searching for a long time now and i cannot seem to figure out the difference between an M-Tech and a non M-Tech bumper for the e90 series.

Can anyone tell me what I have on my 06 325i?

I think it'd be a great help if someone can post a M-Tech and non side by side for comparison. To me, it looks like our cars all have m-tech bumpers!!
