Hello everybody so im kind of in a bind, My 325i transmission pan was ripped open by a peace of a tire I hit on the freeway back in june. My vehicle has been sittin ever since, Im finally in the process of fixing it, but was wondering if there was anything else other than the pan, plug, gasket, O rings, oil that I needed?? been doing a bit of research on here and hear of others talking about a sleeve?? not sure if I bought everything I need, if theres anything im missing please let me know!.. also what is a good less pricey transmission oil?? heard good things about 'shell' the dealership wants 330 for 6ltrs!! one more thing Ive been pretty worried about the car because it was been sitting so long, its been about 4 months any recommendations or should I be worried?? THX

Your battery will be dead.

You might as well get a filter for the tranny and a mechatronic sleeve from what I read about the automatics. http://www.e90post.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=16 |
