OMG, the "Acura TL leather is wrinkling' virus has been spotted, when I used to visit the Acura TL forum while researching the car that I was gonna get (obviously I went with my 330i), there were threads and threads of "butt prints" this 'butt prints' that, really silly posts in my opinion
as pointed out by numerous posters, leather is a natural product, it stretches over time, this is NOT a problem if you think it's a problem, get some botox and inject it into your seats

actually i was reading past threads as well as using the "search" button to look up info... I just can't believe how EVEN NOW, their are threads like, "what's the life of leather? is leather going to crack? who do people choice leatherette? if i buy grey leather will it last longer? why is my leather getting stretched, why does my seats look like this(post pics).... I mean COME ON!!!!!!!!!
Why did i bring it back... well as far as this thread goes, maybe bringing this back might put some knowledge into people that have forgotten or maybe don't know yet... Just because a thread is old does not mean, it's done with kill it... It's here for a reason, for people who use the "search" button they go thru ALL the threads that help out on issue, yes, even the "please look at this pic, what is this called that causes my seats to stretch?... btw i have leather" Again People who want to avoil crack leather, GET LEATHERETTE... People who lease and don't give a f, get leather, In my though, LEATHER looks WAY HOTTER!!!!!!! I would get leather especially with all the HOT color that the new 3's have to offer, but i'm not leasing, i purchased their for in years from now, i do not want my seats to look like that. Hope that answers your question bro, if now let me know, i'm happy to answer more

I don't like glossy seats.. matte is better... for me...to keep it matte just apply some good cleaner&conditioner such as Zaino Z9&Z10+TurtleWax every 1-3 mounth...depending on milage you doing.. i have aprox 3700 miles at mounth (6000km) and I apply cleaner&cond every mounth..

It is all about Zaino Z9 & Z10..... I have been using it on American Cars, Swedish Cars & German cars..... Leather looks great in all of them and stays new..... Most people don't condition their seats and wonder why they crack or wrinkle until it is too late.... With proper care (care is the key here) they should last a long time.....

I use Zaino's "Leather in a Bottle" about once every 2 months. My seats are starting to wrinkle after about a year. Not a lot but some.
