UPDATE - 3/4/2015
Andrey has now been missing since he left for Croatia on 2/18/2015. He claims he had a family emergency (I think we are calling bullshit on that) Anyway, he said he'd be back on 2/25/25. He now is not back as of 3/4/2015. Since 1QuikWS6 started a list of received and refunded orders I figured it was best if I moved that here where it would be easy to find. Please make a post and tag me if you belong somewhere on these lists.

UPDATE - 2/20/2015
Positive confirmation that these bumpers were indeed purchased from JC Sportline, a seller on Alibaba. Good find bimmette
Apparently Andrey also has/goes by other names like Ilirian Pilaj.




This thread is for everyone to chime in with their horrible experiences with Andrey/MME.

I feel it is imperative that this is not left unknown. Andrey is not trustworthy and should not be allowed to be a vendor on
the board. He has taken thousands of dollars from upwards of 40-50 members promising a 1M bumper that is 100%
OEM fitment.

After 6+ months only two members have posted with their bumpers. Both of these posts show flaws in the bumpers
that make it nowhere near 100% OEM fitment. There also is a lot of evidence in the deleted thread showing that
these bumpers are just imported Alibaba bumpers sold by another manufacturer in China.

Lastly, Andrey has been unresponsive to many of these members and his lack of responses for weeks on the post
have left many members hopeless.

Scam or not, I am done with them because of the lack of communication and continued excuses.

In the thread he stated the reason he has not posted at all much lately is that he cannot be active on e90post 24/7. He has other things to do like respond to emails, PM's etc... Well, I know plenty of people who did not receive any response to those either. He has the time to text several local members for bumper pick up but when they ask him to post in the thread an update, or even those on his MME team text him to post an update, he doesn't.

Before deleting he mentioned that everyone had received their money back who asked for a refund which is a lie. The only way people are getting money back is through paypal claims.

Well he believes everyone who asked for a refund has gotten one and still is posting that now in the E92 thread.

But there were multiple posts in the E90 thread of members saying that had asked multiple times and still had heard nothing back and not received money.

Also, stating the bumper needs minimal prep work and shouldn't cost any money is ridiculous. Psmitty's bumper was worse than Kris' but why was there any variation? I know if my body shop spends 2 hours prepping a bumper or 10 hours prepping the bumper to fit, that extra 8 hours of labor is coming out of my pocket. It certainly isn't free.

And how on earth is it fair to send out bumpers where some need minor prep and others are major?

I want to recap some of the issues:

1. There are plenty of people who have stated that they HAVE NOT gotten refunds and sent multiple messages.

2. Andrey claims that he has been busy with new site and replying to emails etc, however his new site still has sample text and isn't even partly finished and most importantly all of his business is conducted on E90Post, so I don't know what he would be busy with that isn't on this forum.

3. Andrey's/MME's number is the same number as the number of the guy mentioned in this scam: http://www.zhpmafia.com/forums/showt...t-stolen-money)

4. MME's site is registered to a company in westchester, and the address of his business in NY has nothing there on google street view from Sept 2014.

5. This whole thing is either a vendor reselling Alibaba bumpers and lip's for double the price OR a vendor taking money to develop a product, essentially he made a kickstarter for these bumpers. Using member money to have them created, promising OEM fitment, then after seeing they do not fit right claiming that they do fit "100% after prep work"

After reading the pages of the group buy and missing out on the original purchase, I am going out of my way to see if I can start my own group buy

Unfortunately, I have so little time in the day to do this so I am doing all the research I can for a week before opening up my own thread on e90post.

*I might even include e92 & e93 members, but it all depends on the manufacturer*

EDIT: I have my own trucking company and brokerage license, so transportation isn't an issue: Being in logistics I know all about updating my clients with locations of shipments on a daily, and I strive off of on time delivery.

Who knows, I might even see a future in this if I can undercut everyone by a good amount (Robin Hood?)

Don't know if that's any better option. Way expensive and there are reports of members that got that bumper and had major fitment problems also...

I just can't see spending LTMW price for my 6 yr old car at this point, mebbe when the car was new.

I guess I'm just gonna go with slightly boring OEM MTech with CF Lip, won't have to worry about fitment, and insurance will pay to paint/install regardless of what style bumper I install

In the beginning, Andrey was very nice and responsive. He replied to my emails (multiple) within 24 hours each time. Ordered the E90 bumper and the lip back in August. As time went on and a couple of shipment dates passed without actually getting anything, Andrey was still responsive and stated that he got the bumpers in but the fitment wasn't acceptable and he sent them back and requested new ones. He then gave me a delivery date of late November. Ever since them, he's been unresponsive to my emails, or anything on the thread. I didn't request my money back, as PSmitty said the fitment might vary between bumpers (which is ridiculous), so because I really want this and I already paid for it, I didn't file a claim. Now that this thread is deleted, I'm going to send an email to Andrey and ask for my money back or a bumper that fits 100%. I'm also going to request that he pays the labor to get it fitted properly. I know he won't pay it but let's see how much he wants to remediate this situation. Will update later in the week! Thanks JCLusso for creating this.

It's very likely that the Andrey/MME took the picture from the Alibaba vendor. The deleted thread also pointed out other questionable photos that we no longer have.

I personally think LTMW (previously LTBMW), but you are looking at around $1600 + shipping and paint. I have one and fitment is spot on.

I think members have mentioned Scorpp which is about $1k. Not sure on the fitment.

Looked at their website and 2k with led fogs and paint. Not sure if shipping is included.

I'd have it painted locally because I'd be afraid that the paint could get damaged in shipping. Also didn't get LED fogs.
