When you guys go out to take pictures of your cars, what do you look for? Like buildings, backgrounds?

I love the rusty look for old warehouses, or buildings with various types of bricks and that have fallen apart. I also like to look for places that have amazing cobblestone work and buildings with unique design and decor.

personally i prefer simplicity w/ geometrical lines with back drops. the focus should always be the car

ive been trying to think of places to take pics of my car and i see some great pictures of other peoples cars, and just wondered where they went to take them. I used to have a 2012 FIAT 500 and took some great pics of that.

No you want to stick with your BMW! the FIAT only has 100hp, cant even get out of its own way.

100hp wasn't the problem...a bro driving around a little kitty car was the problem.

Look for cool buildings. Caught this one with mirror windows that I thought might look cool with the sky. Second picture is probably my favorite. Did some really quick (and poor) photo editing.

Disclaimer: it's amateur hour

I love to find old stone buildings, castles (a lot easier in the uk!), derelict buildings, barns, sheds etc

But finding somewhere that has great lines is key... here the gate, the arch and the straight line in foreground create great composition
