Coding on 2006 330i

Does anyone know where I can have my car coded in Houston Texas? I really want the front blinkers to be off and only work when I use them.

You only want to off front blinkers? Nothing else?

Well I would light to do a lot of stuff but the main one is the ugly orange lights always being on. I need to have the error coded cause of the fog light HIDs keeps throwing the error even when I have the error cancelation box hooked to them.
