how long has everyone gone on smoking, bad seals on stockers and how hard were you running them

also any way to temporarily cut down on the smoke

My old 335i began to smoke at 40k miles, I got rid of the smoke by going back to OEM cats. At that time I was beta testing Procede and JB3, boosting 18-19psi.

how long did you push them at that psi, i will probably only drive about 4-500 miles before i get my new ones on but, if i can leave the boost up and just deal with the smoke til then it be great

Mine have been smokey for over 20k miles now. I just hit 111,000, tuned @ 15psi since 3000. These turbos last a LONG time if taken care of properly...

Single is going on next weekend so anyone looking for some stockers lmk.

Mine smoked as soon as I went kittyless, who knows how long it was smoking prior with the OEM cats just catching everything. I welded in HFCs in my midpipe and the smoking stopped...that was 2k ago.

S'all good though, RB snails are goin in

I have been smoking on catless since day 1. Usually in fall/winter you will see it most. I have used lucas engine fix in very small ammounts with an oil change to reduce smoke. Don't use too much b/c its thick and will pool in the turbo lines. Turbos begin to moan when its cold till car reaches op temp. so pick your poisen... smokey exhaust vs moaning turbos. 103k 18psi since 23k tuned by BMS.

Just check your oil level every now and then if your turbo's are buring oil. The smell is terrible.

25k km after gone completely catless. I was running 15 psi but after meth 19 psi overboost and some 17-18 psi constant. Car still smokes on idle but only from the rear turbo (independent exhaust tubes for each turbo, left exhaust smoking only).

Imageautodetail posted probably his new RB turbos
