Unless it's a no front plate ticket....I don't see why people think they can go to court without a lawyer. A judge deals with stuff like this every day, all day.

defensive driving course only removes points on ur license not on ur insurance..n thats all that counts..if ur convicted it stays on ur insurance record for 40 months..nothing u can do about it

That use to work back in the day..but they got wise to that..now u have one cop show up who reads the sworn affidavits for all the cops w cases on the docket that day

sucks i beat mad tickets that way too. im sure on all this b/c the OP is in NY..cant speak for other states

there are always points..the only thing w no points are parking tickets ..not moving violations..

delay delay delay ..u reschedule the ticket once the day before ur case over the phone ...the number 718 488 5710.

the day before ur second date..go down n post a $40 bond n the case gets postponed indefinitly..

cops quit..leave the jurisidiction..get promoted etc and the more time that goes by the better ur chance to beat it.
