Best 320d exhaust anyone?

Hi guys
Have a 177 2009 LCI that needs to sound alot better. I know diesels will never sound as good as a petrol six, but some clips are pretty good.
Im after some kind of burble
BCS looks good and pretty well priced. Any other suggestions?
Cheers

Straight pipes are the cheapest upgrade and will give you the most power gains and will sound amazing!!!

Hey guys its a custom mid muffler with rear straight pipe. I got the muffler from my tuner, made in India.

I still have the dpf. Mid muffler or resonator what ever we called is replaced by the new muffler and the rear muffler was removed and welded on cyba tips on a straight pipe.

It just love it how it sounds for a diesel. Sweet note at 1800 to 2200 rpm so no need to push engine to get exhaust sound. I will soon put a launch video too. It sound good that was too.

Can't post any links on I-phone but Cobra exhausts Uk have a video posted on you tube also BMW are now doing a performance exhaust for the 320d think it's around 400 GBP.

Maybe it's because this is an AMERICAN forum where the 320d ISN'T AVAILBLE...

You can't get good sound out of a diesel engine! If you remove the DPF, will sound a bit louder (and your car smokes like an old Mercedes) but it isn't really a nice sound... Those sport exhaust don't deliver in relation to the costs...

Oh and before i forget: You do know that a diesel needs back-pressure...

Sounds great.

I've got the Hartge straight pipe exhaust on my 320d, but not that much difference in sound I think.

I have been following your threads buddy.

I first tried straight pipe, it was even silent than the oem muffler.
