Where/How to get Secondary Cats Deleted?

I'm trying to get the secondary cats deleted on my 335i to get a little more volume (I have an e92 exhaust so no resonator anymore). I've been to a shop and they said they won't remove the cats even though the are secondary and post O2 sensors etc...

Those who have done this to the stock exhaust, how did you get it done?

Why wouldn't you stay legal and buy a louder exhaust instead?

Because I would rather spend less than $100 for this rather than $2000....

And yea, pretty much all aftermarket systems for the 335i delete the 2ndary cats, I've heard of shops refusing install because they do so. Tampering with any emission equipment can result in them getting a $10,000 fine, which is what you are doing when you remove or replace the cats.
