Need Advice for 2011 328i

Hi folk. Haven't been here for a while. Looking to "downgrade" from my 750i to a new 2011 328i with nav. and xenon lights. Trying to see if I can find a good clearance deal on a new 328i before the F30 comes out. The new 2011 328i with nav. and xenon headlights all have MSRP around $42,500.

What's the realistic price I can expect to pay (cash) before T&T? Would $36000-$37000 be possible?

Thank you.

Multiply the MSRP by .935 to get within a hair of invoice. Add a your dealers MACO in. Add $500 or so in dealer profit. Then deduct the $1500 in available dealer cash. That will get you real close to a fair selling price on the car.

Good luck.

In addition to the $1500 dealer cash, add an add'l $1000 loyalty cash.

I just leased a 2011 328i. MSRP $44225. Selling price was $38370 after discount and $2500 incentives. I think that is about $200 above invoice before the incentives were applied. I also got the .00075 MF reduction since I had a 09 328i lease ending in March. The dealer bought it from BMWFS so I don't have to make the final 2 payments and don't have to worry about the 3k miles I was over.

One other thing, if you are thinking about leasing, there is a 27 month lease available in the northeast with a residual of 69% for 15k miles (71% for 12k miles). I wish I couldve gotten that because it would've reduced my payment by $30/month over the 36 month lease I got.

I ended up getting a 2011 328Xi with nav and xenon headlights. The nav. itself is not worth the money but it has nice intergration with the iPhone and ipod. I like how I can choose an address in the iPhone contact list and let the nav. start the guidance without having to enter the address in the nav. itself, and how you (or anyone else) can email a google map addrees to the car and start the guidance, again, without having to enter the address in the nav. itself.

Price paid? the MSRP is $44,190, I paid (cash) $37,700 before tax, title and $200 processing fee, including the $1000 loyalty cash. I think it was a very good deal for an Xi. The other dealer wouldn't even sell me an "i" similarly equipped with MSRP of $42,200 for $37,700. In additon, I will receive $500 from BMW USA Club too. So all in all, I am happy with the deal.

Thanks for all the inputs! Merry Christmas.

Douglas
