I have a set. 3 are flawless, 4th has curb rash I was using them for my all-seasons, as I live in Bend. It gets cold enough in the fall that I didn't want to run winters this early, but didn't want the summers on there after September, due to the inevitable early October snow we see in town.

I have a set of these (5 actually, 2 fronts 3 rears) that came from the factory chromed, but the chrome is coming off, and so they need to be completely refinished. Still have the bmw center caps as well.

Not sure what you need them for...probably wouldn't work for you if you need to get a car back to stock ASAP...

But if you wanted them to refinish them, I could let mine go for a very reasonable price.
