I use one from Griot's called Long-Lasting Tire Dressing. It's not the shiniest but then again I don't like my tires looking real shiny. The cool thing about the Griot's stuff, it does last a long time and it does not come off when washing the car. I had it on for 1 month and washed the car three times in that month.

I use both the Griots like Ruff Rider above and Zaino's tire dressing. Both work great. The Zaino's is a bit glossier and if you don't let it dry it will spit off a little bit.
I also us the Griots dressing applicator. It works extremely well and never gets anything on the rims and keeps the hands nice and clean. The part #50557 at http://www.griotsgarage.com SG

I use the armour all extreme tire dressing - comes in an orange bottle with a black cap.
It's white liquid goo (like elmers glue) and it comes with a applicator sponge so you don't get it on your hands. Works good for me and it doesn't get on your paint.
