Serviced at United BMW of Gwinnett today. No issues. Got an oil change and they fixed some brake lamp issue. My service advisor said everything looked great.

It really depends on the seriousness of the buyer. I'm more than willing to negoitiate the price if the buyer is serious about the purchase.
