In the event that I do fly out please be advised I'll pay for a Pre Purchase Inspection so neither of us wastes the time or money of unforseen issues.

Would prefer <50k miles.

Things I forgot to mention...

Sedan...needs to be an e90 and RWD. I have an AWD and am currently looking to change it up.

Thanks for your post, and yes I did see your car. You've got all the right boxes ticked except I'm looking to get back in a RWD car. A shame, as I really like the options and tasteful things you've done with that 330. Also, your honesty with the previous slight fender bender is honorable...no doubt someone will be very happy with it!
