Will BMW warranty rusted calipers

My calipers look like shit...Ive never had a car that had rusted calipers. Would BMW warranty this and replace them? It looks like this on all of them

The caliper looks fine, it's just the spring clip that looks rusted. It would be up to the dealership to decide if they want to take care of it for you.

i had this problem on a new car...went back to bmw and asked them if they were proud of delivering a new car to a customer like that and they took care of it for me...cleaned it up and painted it so that it wont happen in the future...i just put 19" wheels are the car too so it was really sickening to see that rust everywhere.

That's the thing...the cars never been near the water so no salt. I'm getting new wheels and I don't want them looking like that. I think I'm going to bring it in and use the "this is a Bmw why the hell is this happening". Hopefully they will fix it or repaint them

i had this problem, asked about it and was told its a common issue but not a warranty thing seeing as it is purely cosmetic and bmwNA was not actually calling it warranty work.
