Who's ordered from Irv Robinson (e90post sponsor)
From what I can tell on the phone, the guy sounds on the up and up. Very knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward with pricing.
If you've had some experience, please tell. Thanks! |

Well, I pulled the trigger today. Got the build number and now the wait begins. This is definately the first large purchase I have made from afar.
Irv has been great thus far |

trust me, you can't go wrong with Irv. He was the best CA I have ever dealt with, and everything you said in your post, it is totally true.
Please come back and post your opinion after you get your car I'm pretty sure it will be more than positive good luck |

I live around Milwaukee and tried to no avail to a fair deal with a knowledgeable BMW dealer in my area. I found that the local dealers knew very little about the new 335 - and even less about the 335xi and ED options. I purchased my last 2 vehicles through internet salespeople but found little response from the BMW reps other than "call me to discuss pricing". I prefer to mull over the numbers before getting the fast talk. Then I can call if we're in the same ballpark.
I found Irv on the BMW forums and couldn't be more pleased. He offers any information via email and is then very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. I drove 1-1/2 hours to meet him in person last week, and to take a test drive. He's about as genuine as they come. No B.S., no pushy sales. He's definitely a BMW and ED enthusiast. To top it off, his dealership stocks more cars and more options than any I've seen. Needless to say, we've set a date for May 4th ED of a 335xi sedan in Montego Blue with Black leather, aluminum, premium, sport, comfort, manual trans, coldweather and parking assist options. I can't wait. |

That's good to hear, but what kind of deal did he give you?
If you're uncomfortable discussing money matters, then I understand. We'll be in the market soon for either a 335i sedan or an 07 X5 and have been looking/shopping and don't want to waste someone's time and don't want our time wasted. Thank You! |

I had a moment of hate with my local BMW dealership and I ranted on bimmerfest about it. long story short, I orderd a 328i coupe back in September, and I'm finally getting it Late Jan.
After I let out my anger online Irv was there to help me look around for a 328i coupe in the area that fit what I wanted. He looked through all different dealerships around the country, and sent me 8 different coupes that met the specs. I wanted, over the fax. He was very pleasant and professional to work with. However I ended up just waiting for my car to come in, I recommend Irv very much. He is professional and at the same time a pleasant guy to work with. It is hard to find a good CA these days, but Irv fits the bill. Stephen |

I got it and I Thank You Very Much for it!
I sent one back to you! Once again, Thank You guys for all of the help! I Appreciate it! It used to be buying a car was as enjoyable as getting a root canal, but if Irv can make it painless (or even close to painless), then I'm all for that! As the time grows closer, I'll Definitely give Irv a call. |

I've chatted with him and he is very knowledgeable. My future ED will be through him althought I bought my car through another salesman sitting across from him since I didn't know who Irv was when I went in.
