The perf kit is a modest increase in stiffness from the sports suspension, it's stiffer, but not too much.

Depends on what you looking for, yes they can, but ride won't be as smooth as coilover for sure

That's what I figured, I just making sure that they won't be blown after 5k miles on race springs like running race springs with sport shocks.

Honesty I wouldnt run the perf shocks with HR race. The spring rate is too high. The old perf shocks are better paired with oem sport shocks or eibach pk. Your better off with koni yellows.
