Hey guys

I am installing my kw rear shocks that I got rebuilt. Got everything installed correctly but the shock arm is sitting an inch above the top mount. Not sure what to do to fix this issue. Sent a message to kw but waiting for a reply.

did you utilize all the shock mount hardware? At the top of the shock starting from the bottom is: the bump stop, the flat cupped washer, the lower part of the upper shock mount, the rubber cover (all the previous is outside the car), then the upper part of the upper shock mount that is inside the car.

Thanks for the info. I realized i didnt change out to the proper bump stop. Left the kw one on when i needed the oem to stop the shock from elongating.
