I had that option on my car and it's works great. Got to get rid of the remote control for garage opener.

Great vid! Must suck to have to leave your car again until Summer vacation! Also, the fact that you're leaving CA weather for the freezing cold East Coast, wish it would warm up which school btw? if you don't mind me asking..

Dude, i hate to say this but your arms aren't too short, you're just sitting way too far away from the steering wheel. Be careful brother, you don't want your elbows to be locked mid-corner with the tires squealing. You are giving up an incredible amount of control. Yikes.

I hope you don't feel i'm criticizing you, I'm genuinely concerned. Been in a nasty crash myself

+1 I was just about to write the same thing.

Move that seat forward!! When you sit with your shoulder rested against the seat and extent your arms, your handwrist should rest on top of the steering wheel. Again, not criticizing, just trying to help.

And you should keep steering wheel inputs to the minimum, keep the car in balance and not upset with harsh movements. It's all about smoothness when driving fast.

Keep it safe

Exactly! Look through the turns so you're not making abrupt directional changes mid-corner. I do think a lot of your jerky steering inputs will be fixed by just moving your seat forward. You're driving a sporty BMW brotha, not your granny's Oldsmobile

Thanks for the tips. I've never taken any track driving courses. I've just kinda felt my way through it. I've never felt uncomfortable or pushed the car to where I was loosing control. The tail popped out a couple of times, but always corrected itself.

Ya. It's my friends project car. Mustang 5.0 engine, all custom built. Faster and better handling than my car, that's for sure.

Well stated! I change my seating position significantly when driving the canyons for the same reason. Daily driving is totally different than aggressive track or even canyon driving. I'd just hate to see that tail-end not come back in for you or worse yet, have another car coming at you while it steps out.

Yup. The streets I drive on aren't too friendly. And I just about scratch my bumper every time I go up my driveway. I'm on Wilshire, beverly glen, and sunset almost every day I drive. It's just not worth it for me, and I don't think it will make the car look much better (or perform much better). My car is my daily driver that I like to have fun with, not my track car or canyon only car.
