Had the same problem. Since I'm under factory warranty I decided to mention it last time I was in for service. Turns out they have an extension piece out to fix this problem. Seatbelt presenter works perfectly now.

That ones easy. With HD radio enabled, you will see a soft key called "list" appear whenever there is a station with multiple HD channels. You can add a preset for it too once an HD station is playing.

I also hate the standard sound system. So much.

My last 335 came with logic 7 which was infinitely better.

When building my car, I didn't notice an option for logic 7 so I assumed it was standard. Now my biggest regret is not getting premium sound.

I'm sure these have been mentioned but these are my gripes.

1.) As with everyone else, its a stretch to reach the window controls on either the driver or passenger side
2.) The side view mirrors are way to small
3.) The indicator stalk has a mind of its own and stays in the center
4.) Pre-LCI iDrive can be slow and annoying when sometimes all I wanna do is just change the radio station.
5.) I can't close the sunroof after I've shut the car off
6.) The soft touch rubber is peeling
7.) No spare tire

No oil dipstick

I hate the rear passenger seatbelts...with car seats, kids are getting frustrated.

I also hate the visor because it doesn't slide.

I don't like that the screen in the center of the cluster forces distance to empty information on you once you get to 1/8th of a tank.

No option to close windows with key fob from factory is lame (I know you can code it in).

Ok yes I love my E90!! But here's a list of things I'd change.
-I got used to the window controls but for the passenger door is way to low
- the car is a bit small inside
-Trunk space is limited
- My back seats don't go down. I know it's a package but it should be standard.
- So hard to work on
- isn't as easy to read as other older BMW's as far as codes
- the windows should go up with the lock button in case of rain

Other than that I think it's a fantastic looking car and it's perfect in performance.

Location of cruise control stalk is terrible. I accidentally adjust the speed with my knee and accidentally hi beam people when trying to change speed.

I forgot to mention that i hate the wind shield wiper. If you barley tap it up it turns on. Most windshield wipers require it to move more and click before it turns on. I only hate this because on some odd occasions if im making a you turn i accidentally hit the windshield wiper and it goes off. I've never had this issue in any other car, ever.

- RFTs and no spare (or room for one under the trunk floor)
- The gong, especially the "37° or below" indicator.
- Polarized stereo screen
- No regular intermittent wiper setting

Being new to the BMW scene and the car, I really dont have much to complain about....yet. The lack of a dipstick and the peeling plastic trim is about it

Oh, and how easy it is to 'dent' the aluminum trim....especially on the driver door where the seat belt clanks on it..

Yeah mine is destroyed. I'm always careful about it but I think a woman drove my car at one time and didn't give a shit. That's probably why my shifter is peeling, assuming men don't wear rings on their right hand for the most part.
