Spare key from local locksmith

Is there any locksmith in Seattle area who makes / sells spare key for E90. I only have one key for my 08 328i sedan (non comfort access).

Anywhere I can get a key for reasonable price. Dealer price is approx. $300

supposed to be like 200 something at the dealer. or go on ebay and do it yourself.
