I don't get it???

So I'm putting my stock intake back to my car and I'm having a hard time! This thing doesn't wanna go all the way in like you see in the pic.

2010 BMW 335i  [0.00]
I remember doing that when i took off my airbox to replace the charge pipe. The only thing was the clamp. If not you're just gonna have to use some elbow grease. Also, im pretty sure what I ended up doing was using a flat head screwdriver kinda like a lever (kinda pushed against the ridges) to get it all the way on. Good luck broham.

I feel so weak now after trying and trying lol this shit is a workout!!

I got it guys! I used a heat gun to heat the plastic so it was more playable! Thanks to my buddy tony!
