UUC products are good, but do a Google search on comments about their customer service. Could be better to say the least.

I can definitly second that..,my kit came missing pieces and had to do the runaround to get em drop shipped to my shop..i asked for partial money back and was told by them i could get a deep discount on future purchases instead for the "inconvenience"..problem is they dont sell anything else i was interested in ..

I have the Rogue shifter for 4-1/2 years. It still works perfectly and never any issues.

Forget UUC, go with any other brand... AA, Rogue, anybody else.
UUC's cs sucks big time. Quick to answer all your questions and take your money. Once your product arrives, missing parts, WRONG parts, etc - they get defensive and give tons of excuses as to why there's no issue. Finally once you prove they're wrong, they're NOT apologetic and don't do anything extra to remedy things (no expedited shipping, no partial credit, no nothing). And this all assumes you actually received a partial order or something... most times your order status is pending but they'll never tell you that product is really on backorder for the next 6 months. |
