Okay guys, figured out the problem, I used one 50 watt LED Load Equalizer from "http://superlumination.com/" on each side fog light. Just finished doing the full install, no ERRORS, remember if you do install these, plug mount them on METAL, they got as hot as a light bulb and will burn anything they touch.

Here is my 8000K set up half finished...

yes that would really help. I'm really interested in doing this now! finally a way to have HID fogs without the error message!

I wish I could, but it is a PITA trying to remove everything to take pictures. It is very simple. Any end of the Load EQ must tap into the + Power of the wire harness of the fog lights on the car, then ground the other end to a ground, then the Load EQ must be mounted away from any plastic, mines for example are mounted all the way ontop of the engine bay. Here is a picture of where I mounted the Load EQ's for the Clear Corner Signal Mod...
