07 ccc screen blank but everything working still

So I know the ccc system so I can use radio and etc but the screen is blank. What should I be looking at?
1) fuse
2) screen replacement
3) anything else?

Anyone have any any idea what could cause this? Getting the same thing, trying to see what I can do.
