Equally ZiM had one, as did Peppernick if I recall rightly so you could try bugging them.

You don't need a splitter, it's easy enough to break off each bit by hand.

The mint ones are nasty though.

Now why would you want to do that to one of these critters?

*shrug* Well known fact that randomly killing other animals or joking about it are directly linked to the size of your family jewels.

They can be dangerous:

Presumably if a hedgehog is classified as a 'deadly weapon' then you must be able to kill someone with one. I can't quite work out how though.

Carl, have you thought of getting a 3 series accessories brochure from your dealer? The info you require is in there.

What if I fired a rocket launcher with a Hedgehog in it? Surely, the blast would cause the Hedgehog to roll into a ball mid flight turning it into a lethal prickly ball travelling at 100mph? A direct hit in the face (or hedge) would have devastating results...

Am I still on-topic?

Wink

You're reaching the extreme limits of 'on-topic', Paul.

If you have a part number for either the rocket launcher or the hedgehog, then I'll let you continue.

What does longtran know about modding!

The rocket launcher is part number 51-11-0-414-173

The Hedgehog is part number 52-91-0-414-291

I don't think James Bond had either of these mods on his DBS...

Fair enough- carry on then, Paul.

If you dropped the hedgehog from an extremely high building onto a passerby under the right conditions it could achieve terminal velocity prior to impact. If the wind conditions were right, this could be lethal (to the passerby and presumably the hedgehog).

I also think a hedgehog could be deadly if inhaled. The spikes would cause it to stick in the throat and the furry snout would block the airway.

Not sure if even the heimlch manouevre would remove a firmly wedged hedgehog.

Which brings us to the following:

Two Texans were seated at the end of a bar when a young lady, seated a few stools up, began to choke on a pice of hamburger. She was turning blue and obviously in serious respiratory distress. One Texan said to the other, "That there gal is having a bad time!" The other agreed and said, "Think we should go help?" "You bet," said the first, and with that he ran over to the lady and said, "Can you breathe?" She shook her head no. He said, "Can you speak?" She again shook her head no. With that, he pulled up her skirt and licked her bum. She was so shocked, she coughed up the piece of hamburger and began to breathe, with great relief. Back with his friend, the Texan said, "Tarnation! That hindlick maneuver really works."

I think this might be an off-topic record. Aero splitters to the use of hedgehogs as deadly weapons in less than 14 posts.
