i live a couple minutes away and i was there today actually getting some parts. I cant say much about their sales department because ive never dealt with them but i can say the salesmen are a bunch of sloppy looking kids that all have a fake italian brooklyn accent that dont know anything about cars or selling cars. Most of the sales people have never worked selling cars before so its full of inexperienced guys. Not bad at a kia dealer but unacceptable at a BMW dealer.
Their parts guys dont know shit (Adam is OK). I take the mouse and turn the screen my way and they let me do it myself. The parts guy didnt know what a pre-lci e90 was and when i told him it was a 325i he asked what motor was in it. In a pinch go there but i rather go to Rallye |

You should all go to Life Quality BMW, at least there when they rape you on everything (including warranty voiding) they use the finest lube they can buy.

I have been going to Oyster Bay BMW for service since it is right down the street from me. They are just mediocre. I have only gone for oil changes basically, no warranty work. Hassel BMW is better, it is where I bought my car from, but they are just too busy so you end up waiting to drop your car off in the morning.

Ive had great service from them, had some CPO warranty work done with no problems or headaches. My SA was great, but he left for a different dealership last time i stopped in.
Its like any dealership, people are going to have their pros and cons with it.

I've always had great service at Rallye. Bayside was a NIGHTMARE (NEVER GO TO BAYSIDE), Hassel was good at first then was just OK a few visits later, and Rallye has been consistently on point. I was going to give Oyster Bay a new shot because I didn't want any issues with mods, but I ultimately just took it to Rallye.

Got a great car [CPO 335xi] from there but a horrible experience getting it. Ended up calling corporate headquarters to get things done right. Most unorganized dealership I've ever dealt with. They are part of the Len Stoler Automotive Group based in Maryland.

I bought my Mercedes from them last year. lol @ the guido brooklyn accent.. Cool group of guys though. Once I sat down and started talking to their general manager I was able to score a sweet deal on my car. Sometimes dealing with noob car salesmen is a good thing

I hear they used to be bad but it seems like they did a clean sweep and hired all new people since i was last there. I recently went there for some interior noise concerns. I had Nelson Vargas the shop supervisor ride along with me trying to pin point the noise.
He was VERY knowledgeable and courteous. I was very happy when he told me that he knew what the problem was and that i could wait while he fixed my car. Didn't even have to come back! Talk about great service. I was in and out in less than 1 hour and half (wash took a little while since they hand wash your car). I recommend this dealer. I used to go to rallye but it seems like i was just a number to them. Oyster bay BMW was more of a personal relationship.

Having bought BMWs from Habberstad BMW, Hassel BMW, competition BMW, and oyster bay BMW, I'd have to say competition was great and oyster bay was great. I went looking with my family and found a 2011 328xi coupe 30k miles fully loaded navi and all for $3000 less than Habberstad and Habberstad was selling a base mode, 2011 328xi coupe. Experience with oyster bay was great, the sales rep handed me and my folks the keys to take the cars out for a test drive and he didn't even join us for the ride he trusted us and was cool about it. Paperwork went smooth also, they gave us top dollar for trade in. I'd say oyster bay was a good experience, but then again it all comes down to your sales person. Ours deff took care of us
