i will miss my DVD drive constantly making sounds even when my car is at rest.

this should make Navigation functions much quicker!! they should use a 40GB flash drive (not HDD based). not sure about that BUSY iDrive knob, my love with the iDrive system is the simplicity of the controller and complexity (and change-ability) of the GUI! (like the iPHone)

Hmmm...I see a retrofit in the works down the road a few years!
