Need advice how to repair carbon fiber lip :(

Some dirty lowlife tried to steal my carbon fiber lip. It's now a pushed in hole probably from a screw driver.

Is there a way it can be repaired professionally? I don't see a way I can grab a hold of it and pull it back, then glue it neatly.

I was thinking to buy some carbon fiber wrap and cut to the shape of the hole and just glue it on from the outside. Anyone know the best kind I can buy that will be weather proof and look as real as possible??

Any other suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
