Sottozero shortage

Having some trouble gearing up for winter. Right now, I've got 3 good Pirelli Sottozero Serie II 225/40R18s and 1 with a bulged sidewall. So, I'm looking to 2 new ones. Only snag is tirerack and my local tire shops only carry runflat versions of that tire now. Wondering if I can figure out a way of not needing to replace all 4. Thoughts?
