Dealer , SA, and Tech

trying to start a thread to help others find a good SA and dealer for service.

bmw gallery of norwood.
SA - Matt "something"
Tech - unknown
service done- dead battery and rear turn signal and break light out warning (but actually still works)

nice guy but is kind of clueless. I even spoonfead him the service bulliten for my problem yet still blame my HID AE is the problem. Will not fix under warranty.

I have been going to HC of Sudbury. They have been great, have not had any issues there at all compared to Wagner of Northboro. Always have to wait for days to get my car in there and not friendly at all.

I had no issues at Wagner. I bought my 335 from them so they did all the service. All was good.

I bought my M5 from HC BMW Sudbury so I've been going there, more or less the same experience, positive.

Been a Peabody customer for years and years. We've bought a ton of cars from them between my family and I. Sales and service have been first rate.

BMW peabody for almost 5 years, good service and all but....

when they fix the steering column lock issue back in 2007, they never changed the part instead they messed around with the coil spring cartridge and somewhat broke this part. I found out while retrofitting paddle shifters to my steering wheel and had to replace this part by myself.
i still have the old part, things were took apart and wasn't re-install correctly, some pieces of the part was broken and the wiring in the cartridge was a freakin nightmare....long story short, they have no idea what they're doing in some of these new parts but I guess that happens in every dealer

Just brought my car down to HC of Sudbury for a clutch issue. Within two hours of dropping the car off I got a call saying they were honor the replacement! I am very pleased with every experience I have had with HC of Sudbury.
I got a pretty sweet rental for the day too, 2010 Camero. Nothing like the 335i but its a lot better than a KIA right?!?!
